Anna Hetzer
Poet. Born in 1986, lives in Berlin where she grew up in a Polish-German family.
Studied medicine, philosophy and literature in Berlin and Paris. Member of the PEN Berlin. She has published poetry, essays and translations, and co-edited a volume of Queer Poetry.
Her latest publications include „Pandoras Playbox“ (Verlagshaus Berlin 2022) and „Schaum“ (Sukultur 2022).
She was awarded the Wolfgang-Weyrauch-Prize for Poetry (2021) and the Basler Lyrikpreis (2023). Several poems have been translated into Arabic, Dutch, English, French, Italian.
