She was born on 28.04.1953 in the village of Smolichi, Nesvizh district, Minsk region. Poet, member of the Writers Union since 1994.

Graduated from the History Department of BSU (1975). She worked as a correspondent, columnist in newspapers, head of the culture department of the magazine “Belarus”, correspondent of “Radio Free Europe / Radio Liberty”.

She made her debut with poems in the Navapolack multi-issue “Khimik” (“Chemist”). Author of poetry collections “Ćvintar” (Minsk, 1992), “Kaplica” (Minsk, 1994), “Antyčny doždž” (Vilnius, 1999), “Vino z Kalifornii” (Minsk, 2003), “Ružoǔnica” (Minsk, 2008), “Dzikaja śliva” (Minsk, 2015), “Zavinjeny raj” (Minsk, 2017), “Kava ǔ arlinym hniaździe” (Minsk, 2019), “Treci Edem” (Minsk, 2021), “Ucioki z Paleśsia” (2023).
