Poet, playwright, novelist.
Born in 1966 in Mariampol. He studied at the Klaipeda Faculty of the Lithuanian State Conservatory (Department of Jazz).
He writes poetry, essays, plays, and novels.
Winner of numerous literary awards, including the Lithuanian Ministry of Culture Award (2003) and the Golden Scenic Cross (2007) for the play “The Girl whom God Feared.”
The poems have been translated into many languages. Belarusian translations were published in the magazine “Dziejasloŭ ” (No. 68).
He lives in Klaipeda.
